Stress Management in Classroom
Stress is any change, internal or external, positive or negative, to which a young person must adapt. Everyone experiences stress at some time or the other. That's why it is so important to know how to effectively manage stress.
This workshop will benefit both teachers and students in order to identify the source of stress in students which is the cause of low performance in classroom and in co-curricular activities. Students will be able to list and describe a number of different techniques that can be used to manage stress effectively through facilitated by their teachers.
A number of stress management activities will be described and demonstrated to the teachers so they can implement these within their classrooms.

Islamabad, June 26: The event was a celebration of the successful completion of the year 2017-18 of the YES Program in Pakistan as 48 alumni from the latest returning batch of YES Program

Islamabad, June 22-27: The week-long Pre-Departure Institute (PDI) for outgoing batch of the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study Program (K-L YES) concluded successfully.

Karachi: The Pre-Departure Orientation for outgoing batch of the US Summer Sisters Exchange Program happened here on May 12th, 2018

YES alumni from Abbottabad, Faisalabad, Gilgit, Hunza, Karachi, Lahore, Mardan, Muzaffarabad, Peshawar conducted the project "Eid-al-Fitr Celebrations" focusing on visiting the underserved children on the occasion of Eid and distributed small Eid gifts among them along with playing board games, sing songs and spent an excellent time with them.

YES alumni Faisalabad, Hangu, Hyderabad, Karachi, Lahore, Mansehra, Mardan, Peshawar and Turbat carried out a one-day Iftar with the community members. In addition to this, YES alumni from Faisalabad, Hangu, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Lahore, Mansehra and Rawalpindi also carried out YES Ramadan Ration Drives and distributed ration packages among the underserved families.

YES Alumni Pakistan carried out a Medical Camps which served approximately 500 patients residing in the remote area of Gilgit.
