Assessment is the key in teaching and learning because it identifies what needs to be improved on the facilitators end. In Pakistan exam are quite important and teachers need the insight into the students as students are promoted according to the exam results. But the question arises “are we setting the exam papers in way that tests and reports what is needed?” or are we doing the exam papers as routine. The workshop intends to make teachers aware of the exam papers setting techniques; in addition, how to set the question rubrics in exam paper.
