Azme Naujawan (AeN), a program led by a consortium of eight civil society organizations, aims to work with like-minded civil society partners which are passionate to work with youth. Through this program, the participating youth not only identify problems/ issues in their respective communities, they also come up with realistic solutions to solve these issues in the form of social action projects and campaigns. SIE AeN Team conducted community engagement event with the theme of “What’s your opinion?” at Shireen Jinnah Colony. The idea was to listen to the opinions of the community regarding different issues like intolerance, peace, violence, social and civic responsibilities. Mostly the topics focused on the idea of how resilient the community is to external forces and the violence within the area. Team engaged 150+ random people, the response was great and the community appreciated the efforts of Azme Naujawan.
