Karachi, 24th August, 2019: Society for International Education organized a one day workshop for IT teachers, students and other interested participants on “Enhance your Image with Adobe Photoshop.” The training was held in Globe – the SIE Training Centre which was attended by 10 Participants. The training was aimed at teaching the participants different editing tools in Photoshop which they can use for different purposes for example students can enhance their assignments and teachers can present classroom lessons more creativity. They can also use these techniques to express themselves more creatively. They practiced the techniques during the workshop which gave them more confident to use the software. The participants learnt colour adjustment tools, blending tools, cropping tools, spot healing tool and other editing tools present in Adobe Photoshop. They were also taught basic design elements and principles. Combining these tools, the participants can design flyers, brochure, pamphlets and other printing materials. One of the participants said , “The hand on practice during the workshop really helped us learn different tools easily.” Everyone has ideas, not many people have the skills to express them creatively. This workshop was focused to help the participants to express their ideas more creatively using editing tools in Photoshop.
